1. Introduction

Welcome to DevoCash ("Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform allows users to earn cashback on purchases made through our affiliate links with partner merchants. We act as an intermediary between shoppers and merchants, providing a rewards program for purchases made through our referral links.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Platform and earn cashback, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account credentials with others

You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended and associated cashback forfeited.

3. Cashback Program Terms

3.1 How Cashback Works

Cashback is earned by clicking through our Platform to partner merchant websites and completing purchases. The process involves:

  1. User clicks a merchant link on our Platform
  2. User is redirected to the merchant's website with tracking parameters
  3. User completes a purchase on the merchant's website
  4. Merchant confirms the transaction and pays commission to us
  5. We share a portion of that commission with you as cashback

3.2 Cashback Rates

Cashback rates are displayed on our Platform and vary by merchant. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The cashback rate at the time of purchase applies.

3.3 Tracking Requirements

For cashback to be tracked correctly:

  • You must be logged into your account
  • You must click through our Platform link before visiting the merchant
  • You must complete your purchase in the same browsing session
  • You must not use ad blockers or disable cookies
  • You must not use coupon codes not found on our Platform

3.4 Cashback Status Timeline

Pending:

Transaction recorded, awaiting merchant confirmation (typically 7-90 days)

Confirmed:

Merchant verified the purchase, cashback guaranteed

Available:

Cashback is ready for withdrawal

Paid:

Cashback has been paid to user

Rejected:

Transaction cancelled, returned, or violated terms

3.5 Exclusions and Limitations

Cashback may not be earned on:

  • Gift card purchases
  • Shipping, taxes, and fees
  • Cancelled or returned items
  • Purchases using merchant credits or store credits
  • Purchases with unapproved coupon codes
  • Items marked as excluded by the merchant

4. Referral Program

Our referral program rewards you for inviting new users to the Platform. Referral bonuses are awarded when:

  • Your referral creates an account using your unique referral code
  • The referral completes a qualifying purchase within the specified timeframe
  • The referral's account remains in good standing

Self-referrals, fake accounts, and abuse of the referral system will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all cashback.

5. Withdrawals and Payments

5.1 Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00 USD. Balances below this threshold cannot be withdrawn.

5.2 Payment Methods

We support withdrawals via:

  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer (US banks only)
  • Gift Cards (selected retailers)

5.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider.

5.4 Fees

We do not charge withdrawal fees. However, PayPal or your bank may apply their own transaction fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral program
  • Using ad-blocking software or interfering with tracking mechanisms
  • Purchasing items with the intention of returning them
  • Manipulating prices or using unauthorized coupon codes
  • Automating account activity or using bots
  • Reselling or transferring account balances
  • Providing false information for purchases or accounts
  • Attempting to fraudulently obtain cashback

Violation of these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of all cashback and rewards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Merchant logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used on our Platform for identification purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That cashback will be tracked for every purchase
  • That merchant cashback rates will remain constant
  • That withdrawals will always be available

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Platform
  • Inactivity for 12 months or more

Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending or available cashback. No refunds or compensation will be provided.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
