These Cashback Terms and Conditions ("Cashback Terms") govern the cashback rewards program offered by our Platform. By participating in our cashback program, you agree to be bound by these Cashback Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Please read these terms carefully before using our cashback service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not participate in the cashback program.
1. How Cashback Works
1.1 Basic Process
Our cashback program rewards you for shopping through our Platform. The process is simple:
- Click: Start your shopping journey by clicking a merchant link on our Platform
- Shop: Complete your purchase on the merchant's website as usual
- Track: Your purchase is tracked and reported back to us
- Earn: Receive cashback in your account once confirmed
- Withdraw: Get paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or gift card
1.2 Revenue Sharing Model
We earn affiliate commissions from merchants when you make purchases through our links. We share a portion of these commissions with you as cashback:
Example calculation:
• Purchase amount: $100.00
• Merchant commission rate: 5%
• Total commission earned: $5.00
• Your cashback (50% of commission): $2.50
• Platform revenue (50% of commission): $2.50
The actual split varies by merchant and is reflected in the displayed cashback rate.
1.3 No Additional Cost
Using our cashback Platform does not increase the price you pay. You pay the same prices as if you visited the merchant directly. In some cases, we may offer exclusive coupons and discounts that save you even more money.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To earn cashback, you must meet the following requirements:
- Registered Account: You must have a valid account on our Platform
- Logged In: You must be logged in when clicking merchant links
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Payment Method: You must have a valid payment method on file for withdrawals
- Compliance: You must comply with these Cashback Terms and our Terms of Service
Accounts found to be abusing the cashback program may be suspended, and all cashback forfeited.
3. Tracking Requirements
3.1 Required Actions for Tracking
For your purchase to be tracked correctly:
- You must click through our Platform link before visiting the merchant
- You must complete your purchase in the same browsing session
- You must not use multiple devices or browsers during the purchase process
- You must not disable cookies or use ad-blocking software
- You must not use coupon codes not found on our Platform
- You must not click through multiple cashback sites for the same purchase
3.2 Cookie Duration
Each merchant sets a specific tracking window (cookie duration):
- Most merchants: 7-30 days
- Some merchants: up to 90 days
- The specific duration is displayed on each merchant's page
If you do not complete your purchase within this window, your purchase will not be attributed to your account.
3.3 Last Click Attribution
Most merchants use "last click" attribution, meaning the last affiliate link clicked before purchase receives credit. If you click through multiple cashback sites, only the last site will receive credit.
3.4 Tracking Failures
Cashback may not be tracked if:
- You visit the merchant directly instead of through our link
- You switch devices or browsers during the purchase
- Your browser clears cookies after clicking the link
- You use a different payment method than the one associated with your account
- The merchant's tracking system experiences technical issues
4. Cashback Exclusions and Limitations
4.1 General Exclusions
Cashback is typically not available on:
- Gift card purchases
- Shipping, handling, and taxes
- Cancelled or returned items
- Exchanges and price adjustments
- Purchases using store credits or gift cards
- Purchases of services (unless explicitly stated)
- Pre-orders (until the order is shipped and paid for)
4.2 Coupon Codes
Using unauthorized coupon codes may void your cashback:
- Only use coupon codes found on our Platform
- Do not stack multiple coupon codes
- Employee discount codes typically do not earn cashback
- Referral codes or loyalty program codes may affect cashback
If you use an unauthorized coupon code, your cashback may be rejected or the amount reduced.
4.3 Merchant-Specific Terms
Each merchant may have additional terms and exclusions that are:
- Displayed on the merchant's detail page on our Platform
- Available on the merchant's website
- Subject to change by the merchant at any time
4.4 Seasonal and Promotional Restrictions
During major sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), merchants may:
- Reduce cashback rates temporarily
- Suspend cashback on certain categories
- Increase confirmation times
5. Cashback Status and Timeline
5.1 Status Definitions
Pending
Your purchase has been recorded and is awaiting merchant confirmation. This typically takes 7-90 days depending on the merchant.
Confirmed
The merchant has verified your purchase. Cashback is guaranteed but not yet available for withdrawal.
Available
Cashback has been processed and is ready for withdrawal.
Paid
Cashback has been successfully paid to you.
Rejected
Cashback was declined by the merchant due to returns, cancellations, or policy violations.
5.2 Confirmation Timeframes
The time from purchase to cashback confirmation varies by merchant:
- Fast (7-14 days): Digital products, services, some online retailers
- Standard (30-60 days): Most online merchants
- Extended (60-90 days): Travel, financial services, high-value items
The estimated confirmation time is displayed on each merchant's page. This is an estimate and may vary.
5.3 Returned or Cancelled Orders
If you return, cancel, or exchange your purchase, the merchant will reverse the cashback. This may occur even after the cashback has been confirmed or made available. In such cases, the cashback will be deducted from your account balance.
6. Withdrawal Rules and Payment
6.1 Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00 USD. Balances below this threshold cannot be withdrawn. The threshold may vary by payment method and is subject to change.
6.2 Payment Methods
We support the following withdrawal methods:
- PayPal: No minimum fees, instant processing
- Bank Transfer: US bank accounts only, 3-5 business days
- Gift Cards: Selected retailers, instant delivery
6.3 Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider. We reserve the right to extend processing time for security verification.
6.4 Payment Limits
Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply:
- PayPal: $10,000 per transaction
- Bank Transfer: $25,000 per transaction
- Gift Cards: Varies by retailer
6.5 Fees and Taxes
We do not charge withdrawal fees. However:
- PayPal may charge transaction fees for certain transactions
- Your bank may charge incoming wire transfer fees
- You are responsible for any taxes on cashback earnings
7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention
7.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses
- Purchasing items with the intention of returning them after cashback is credited
- Using unauthorized coupon codes or promotional offers
- Interfering with tracking mechanisms or cookie placement
- Manipulating prices or exploiting system vulnerabilities
- Automating account activity or using bots
- Providing false information for purchases or account registration
- Purchasing from your own merchant store (self-dealing)
7.2 Fraud Detection
We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems. Activities flagged as suspicious may result in:
- Delayed cashback confirmation
- Additional verification requirements
- Account suspension or termination
- Forfeiture of pending and available cashback
- Legal action if applicable
7.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud or abuse. Upon termination, you will forfeit all pending, available, and paid cashback. No refunds or compensation will be provided.
8. Account Closure and Cashback Forfeiture
If you close your account or your account is terminated:
- All pending cashback will be forfeited
- Available cashback must be withdrawn within 30 days of account closure
- After 30 days, any remaining balance will be forfeited
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for forfeited cashback
To avoid forfeiting your cashback, withdraw all available funds before closing your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate tracking and timely cashback, we cannot guarantee:
- That every purchase will be tracked correctly
- That cashback rates will remain constant
- That confirmation timeframes will be met
- That withdrawals will always be available
- That merchant websites will function properly
We are not responsible for:
- Tracking failures due to browser settings, ad blockers, or cookie issues
- Delays or errors caused by merchant or affiliate network systems
- Changes in merchant cashback rates or terms
- Loss of cashback due to returns, cancellations, or merchant policy violations
10. Missing Cashback and Dispute Resolution
If your cashback is missing or incorrect:
- Submit a missing cashback claim within 90 days of the purchase date
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or screenshot)
- Specify the merchant, purchase date, and amount
- We will investigate with the merchant and affiliate network
- Resolution may take 30-60 days depending on merchant response time
We cannot guarantee that all missing cashback claims will be successful. Some merchants may not provide adequate documentation or may deny claims for various reasons.
11. Changes to Cashback Terms
We may update these Cashback Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued participation in the cashback program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or Platform notification.
